5. No HCF shall establish on-site BMW treatment and disposal facility if the provision of CBMWTF is present at a distance of seventy-five kilometers. Thermal processes are grouped into three – low, medium, and high.

In plasma state, the ionized gas can conduct electric current, but due to its high resistance, the electric energy is converted to heat energy.
