Clearly, at pH 3.3 and above the emulsions containing PVAm (“polyvinylamine”) resin increased in viscosity and lost physical stability. At pH 5, chemical stability was poor. It is preferred that the PVam is adjusted to below 3.1ml Clear Tubular Glass Ampoule.
The pH adjustment of the resin and preparation of the blends was the same as for Example 1,ISO 3581-B-Es312-16 Welding Rods.
